A kids' life coach is a mentor, a listener, and an advocate offering kids practical tools in order to self regulate so they can navigate life embodied, empowered and resilient. Bridging the gap between mind and body is a necessary resource decreasing rates of stress and anxiety when facing life's challenges. A kids' life coach highlights the gifts, strengths and uniqueness each kid brings to this world and enables them to excel through sticky moments rising up as the incredible human beings they were born to be.
My work as a kids life coach is grounded in a Masters of Science in Education as well as a myriad of kids yoga certifications including Little flowers (Levels I-III), Next Generation Yoga (2-7 and 8-13 year olds, Yoga Behind Bars and Street Yoga. I also hold certifications as a Health Coach and Ayurvedic Counselor. I am an advocate for kids facing higher than normal rates of stress and anxiety meeting the challenges of today’s world head on.
